| 1. About Products: |
mainly produce and sale mobile phone original and generic products! The original products mainly come from the original spare parts manufacture in Tian Jian, Zhejiang ,Jiangsu, Shanghai, Hai Nan in China, Korea , Thailand , and generic products are produced by our partner factory .
5 technical persons and 3 QC test the original products one by one using instrument and mobile phone main board, For generic products, we are strict in the material proceed and the production so that we can be sure for the best quality before shipping ! |

| 2.About warrant: |
| Usually products are warranted for 30 days,but it depends on merchandise's peculiarity.( pleae read specific note on PI). In the case of merchanises are found defective, please return back to us. But All the returned parts are requested to be packaged same to ours, and original labels marked by us can not be removed, all of the parts can not be used or damaged deliberately. |

South & north America 50%.
Europe &Australia 40%.
Hongkong&Taiwan 10%.
Morning: 10:00~12:00.
Afternoon:15:00~ 17:00.
Night: 22:00~02:00
Monday to Saturday!

About payment:

| We will accept T/T (bank transfer) and Western Union, after arranging payment, please kindly fax or email us your bank receipt and your PI No. on it, that will help us arrange your order more effectively, the original products shipment will be made within 2 days from acceptance of your order and payment, the generic products shipment will be made within 1week from acceptance of your order and payment! |
